For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, unless otherwise noted, all references to Chaplain Earl Smith Ministries include and The Ministries. The Ministries website is a nonprofit and ministry services website. By using The Ministries website, you consent to the data practices as described in this statement.

In order to better provide you with the products and services offered on our Site, The Ministries may collect personally identifiable information, such as your:

If you make any purchases on The Ministries' website, including services or donations, we collect billing and credit card information. This information is used to complete the purchase transaction.

The Ministries collects and uses your personal information to operate its webiste and deliver the services or information you have requested.

Right to Deletion

The Ministries does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of thirteen. If you are under the age of thirteen, you must ask your parent or guardian for permission to use this website.

From time to time, The Ministries may contact you via email for the purpose of providing announcements, promotional information, alerts, confirmations, surveys, and/or other general communications. In order to improve our services, we may receive a notification when you open an email from The Ministries or click on a link therein.

The Ministries reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy from time to time.
